Aromatic Thai Spice Mix – Wholesale

Aromatic Thai Spice Mix is a versatile Thai-inspired seasoning combining lemongrass, ginger, garlic, basil and coriander leaf with sweet bell pepper, onion, chilli flakes and warming ground star anise.

Developed particularly as a seasoning for fish and seafood, the blend provides bright citrus and herb notes with savoury garlic and onion, followed by gentle chilli warmth and the distinctive aromatic character of star anise.

Its balanced flavour also makes it suitable for chicken, beef and lamb, as well as vegetable dishes, stir-fries, noodles and rice. It can be applied directly as a dry seasoning or incorporated into marinades, sauces and prepared dishes.

Suitable for restaurants, caterers, fishmongers, butchers, food manufacturers and other professional food businesses requiring a ready-blended Thai-style aromatic seasoning.

Flavour Profile

Aromatic • Citrusy • Herby • Savoury • Gently Warming

Lemongrass and ginger provide the principal bright, aromatic notes, complemented by basil and coriander leaf.

Garlic and onion contribute savoury depth, while sweet bell pepper adds mild sweetness and body. Ground star anise provides a warm aromatic background and chilli flakes give the finished blend a gentle heat without overwhelming the other ingredients.
