Guérande Sea Salt Wholesale has been harvested in Brittany France for over 2000 years
Unique in its colour firstly as the salt crystals are infused with the grey blue clay making up in the region, this also makes a highly unique salt flavour
Due to its moisture content it is not suitable for grinder use, if using as a cooking salt we recommend using the Coarse Guerande salt found here Guérande Gros Sel (Coarse Sea Salt) 250g
