Beware of some "red powders" that use dye, this is 100% pure paprika, using only the finest paprika pods that have been allowed to fully mature on the plant to provide a deep red colour and a wonderfully deep sweet paprika flavour producing a high Asta figure of 160
Asta is the measurement of how red a paprika is, higher the figure the better the paprika, at 160 its about as high as you can get naturally
As with our feelings on using authentic chillies for cooking our favourite dishes, we are happy to introduce Authentic Spanish Paprika

Great flavour of paprika
