Kebabs are world infamous but so many ways this is just one of the greats from Indonesia using Sata Ajam Seasoning
To create this classic dish :
- Mix together 1 tablespoon of Sate Ajam Seasoning, 2 tbs of soy sauce or oil 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and salt to taste
- Chop 450g of Chicken Breasts (pork or beef is equally as good) Marinate for at least 2hours (24 hrs is better)
- Create your kebabs on skewers, grill or bbq turning occasionally
- Serve with rice or chips
